133km cycling event starting from Tenby. Controls at West Angle Beach, Dale, Broad Haven and Tenby.

Ironman Wales might be off this year, but that doesn't mean you have to go without a Pembrokeshire cycling challenge. We can't offer closed roads or the crowds, but here's better scenery and time to enjoy it

Kicking off Ironman Wales week, this cycling event is an ideal introduction to the county and to randonnées. Starting from Tenby's Dennis Cafe by St Catherine's Island, it follows a scenic coastal route out to Angle, then returns over the Cleddau bridge and round to Dale and Broad Haven before a fast trip back to Tenby.
