Description

409km cycling event starting from Stevenage, Hertfordshire. Controls at Aldbury, Stowe On Wold, Towcester, Market Harborough and Stevenage., plus 3 information controls.

Scenic route through quiet lanes. Visiting the Chilterns and Cotswolds. Hillier first half with hills easing, even for slower riders, before the last light of the day fades. Bigger roads and 24hr services overnight.

X rated event for experienced riders. No sleeping facilities provided. There is a Travelodge in Towcester and a Premier Inn in Market Harborough. Easy access to start via East Coast mainline railway (Kings Cross / St Pancras).

Premier Inn and Holiday Inn hotels plus other accommodation is available near the start / finish. If enough entrants I may book a community hall for the start / finish.

Will be E-Brevet setup and approved.
