AGM 2022-23 Notice

We have published the notice of the next Annual General Meeting (to be held online on 15/2/24) here. If you wish to propose a resolution for the AGM, then please do contact Andy Yates, General Secretary. The final date for proposing resolutions is 20/12/23 and we will then publish the draft resolutions on the website and the AUK forum for review and discussion.

We also have seven Board positions up for election at the AGM. If anyone is considering standing for these positions then please contact Andy Yates, General Secretary for more information and details (note that job descriptions are also available on the AUK website here):
