103km cycling event starting from Caton, nr Lancaster. Controls at Settle and Caton., plus 1 information control.

A picturesque Brevet Populaire in the Yorkshire Dales with a sedate minimum speed of just 10kph and a Pie & Pea supper finish.

From Caton along mainly quiet lanes to Settle then gently climb via Horton-in-Ribblesdale and converge with the two companion events - 'A Bit Dented 150' and 'Stumped and Dented 200' until the finish. Pass Ribblehead Viaduct and under Denthead Viaduct to Dent. The climb from Dent is steep and short but rewarded with a long descent of beautiful Barbondale followed by eighteen flat km to the end. Controls are commercial or info, eBrevet is available and same day validation is offered too. Caton is easy to get to, being just 8km from Lancaster which is situated on the West Coast Mainline and adjacent to the M6 motorway. There are a number of budget hotels in the area. Free on street parking is available at the start as well as toast, tea and coffee. Don't forget a Pie & Pea supper awaits you at the end.
