Description

106km cycling event starting from Thurnby Scout Hut, Thurnby Leicester. Controls at Whitwell - Crafty Fox Cafe, East Carlton - Country Park Cafe and Thurnby., plus 2 information controls.

Visit Englands smallest County enjoy the superb views over Rutland Water and the Wellend Valley before returning through East Leicester Villages to the finish for hot and cold food and refreshments.

A change to the route for 2022, especially during the first half to freshen things up a bit and to take the ride away from some of the busier, more unpleasant roads. This will also allow you to visit more beautiful parts of Leicestershire and Rutland. One extra info control will be added as a result.
