105km cycling event starting from Tongwynlais, Cardiff. Controls at Top House, Trefil (Pub) and Fagins (Pub), Taffs Well., plus 4 information controls.

Beautifully scenic tour of the Glamorgan and Gwent valleys - from Cardiff to the Brecon Beacons and back. Eight major climbs (total 2163m), only 105k but feels like 200!

Control at Trefil is a pub with food. There are several cafes, pubs and shops en route, detailed on the route sheet. Drink provided at arrivee.

PARENTAL CONSENT is required for entrants under 18 years of age. This can be declared by the parent/guardian making an online entry on behalf of the under 18 rider.
