57km cycling event starting from Debenham, Suffolk. Controls at Campsea Ashe and Debenham., plus 1 information control.

Explore the scenery of the Deben and Ore catchments on minor roads throughout, passing through charming villages, Framlingham, Charsfield, Monewden, Cretingham and others.

You'll climb out to the Deben valley from near its source and pass through Earl Soham to Framlingham, near the source of the Ore, with views over the mere to the castle. To Cransford village and passing Parham airfield to cross the Ore via a footbridge or ford at Marlesford. Refreshments at the renowned Campsea Ashe station cafe before the delightful wooded lane crossing the Deben at Loudham. Then the charming villages of Pettistree, Charsfield to Cretingham, returning close to the Deben along Thorpe Lane.
