210km cycling event starting from Poynton, near Stockport. Controls at Connah's Quay, Lloc, Helsby and Poynton., plus 1 information control.

A mixture of the flat Cheshire Plain followed by some hilly sections around Moel Famau, Halkyn Mountain and the Clywdian Hills.
Back across the plains to finish.
