Description

A hundred mile (160 km) route from Manningtree into Suffolk that is based on one of Herman Ramsey's original perms. It starts from Manningtree, which has good easy public transport access from London, Colchester, Stowmarket, Norwich etc. The first control is in Sible Hedingham (41 km), then Red Lodge (86 km), Lavenham (127 km) and back to Manningtree (160 km), although starting at other places is absolutely fine. The route passes through many of the amazing areas, villages and towns of the region, including Dedham Vale AONB, Bures, Clare and and Lavenham and Boxford. Validation can be done via ebrevet or gpx.
