200km cycling event starting from Carbrooke, near Watton, Norfolk. Controls at Diss, Orford and Carbrooke., plus 3 information controls.

A ride over very predominantly gentle terrain and contrasting scenery, including scenic wooded lanes in the Breckland area of Thetford forest and Tunstall forest in Suffolk and the Suffolk coast, including Orford

Also includes parts of the Suffolk Coastal Cycle Route, passing Snape malting and the historic market towns of Eye and Debenham and old-world Woodbridge
