160km cycling event starting from Carbrooke, nr Watton, Norfolk. Controls at Diss, Framlingham - Get Receipt and Carbrooke., plus 3 information controls.

This 162 km (i.e just over 100 miles) ride is so-called because it starts and finishes in Breckland but is not limited to the picturesque lanes of Thetford forest, it also includes many quiet lanes of Suffolk.

This 162 km (i.e just over 100 miles) ride is so-called because it starts and finishes in Breckland. However, it is not limited to the idyllic lanes of Thetford forest. I includes a good bit of the quiet maze of lanes in east Suffolk, including the picturesque Waveney valley, and other parts of south Norfolk. it also includes the attractive market towns of Eye, Debenham, Framlingham (with its castle) and Wymondham. There are some short and fairly sharp hills but it is pretty much gentle terrain so a good event for first timers needing to gasin confidence
