AGM election results - new board members

Following the elections at the AGM held on Thursday 15th February we are very pleased to announce the election of the following new directors and to welcome them to the board:

• Chair - Andy Cox
• Director Event Services and Recorder - Grant Huggins
• Non Executive Directors - Anne Young and Darrell Whittle

The following directors were re-elected:

• General secretary - Andy Yates
• Director and Permanent Events Secretary - John Ward
• Membership Secretary - Caroline Fenton

Many thanks to our outgoing directors for their contributions to Audax UK - Dan Smith (Event  Services), Paul Haxell (Non-Exec) and especially to Chris Crossland (Chair for the last 10 years). Chris has also been awarded the Norman Booth Cup for Services to Audax UK in recognition of his contribution during that time.
